We use a premium Print-on-Demand (POD) model. This means we don’t have a dusty warehouse full of boxes. When you place an order, your item is custom-printed specifically for you at one of our worldwide facilities! It’s better for the environment and ensures you get a freshly made product.

You have a very tiny window! Because our production process is automated and lightning-fast, if you need to cancel, you must email us at service@artzenstudios.com IMMEDIATELY. Once your order enters production, it’s officially yours and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States and Canada. We want to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery for our customers before expanding our chaos globally!

Patience is a virtue! Usually, it takes 2–5 business days to custom-print and fulfill your order. After that, it’s shipped out. Estimated shipping times are:

• USA:3–5 business days
• Canada:4–7 business days

Good news! Because our printing partner has facilities in Canada, most Canadian orders are fulfilled locally, which means no surprise customs duties for you!

You’ll receive a tracking link via email the moment your order ships out. You can watch its journey to your doorstep.

Before you panic, please do a quick check:

1. Double-check your shipping confirmation email to ensure the address was 100% correct.
2. Ask your local post office if they are holding it.

Check with your neighbors (sometimes couriers get creative). If the address was correct and it’s truly lost in the void, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll help you out! (Note: If you provided the wrong address, we can reship it, but you will be responsible for the new shipping costs.)

No, we do not offer size or color exchanges. Because every single item is custom-printed just for you when you order, we cannot accept returns for “buyer’s remorse” or ordering the wrong size. Please, please, please check our sizing charts (located on every product page) before checking out!

If we messed up, or if the mail carrier played football with your package, we’ve got your back! Please email us at service@artzenstudios.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged/wrong item, and we’ll send you a free replacement ASAP.

We only use your data to process your orders and send you cool updates (if you opted in). We will never sell your info to the bad guys.

Simple! Choose your print format, fill in your pet’s name, describe the vibe or theme you want, and upload 1–3 clear photos at checkout. We’ll take it from there and get drawing!

Your first preview will be ready within 5–7 business days. Once you approve it, digital files are delivered immediately. Printed canvas or poster orders ship within an additional 5–7 business days after approval.

Once your portrait is ready, we’ll email you a watermarked preview for approval. Reply with your feedback — we won’t send the final file or start printing until you give us the green light!

Unlimited minor revisions — colour tweaks, expression changes, small accessory adjustments. We just ask that the original theme stays the same. We want you to love it! 🐾

Because every portrait is drawn specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable once artwork has begun. That said, we’ll revise until you’re happy — we’re not done until you love it.

A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo works best. The clearer the photo, the better the likeness! Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered images for the best result.
