Returns and Refunds
Welcome to the chaos! Because we want to be kind to the planet (and because our Frenchies don’t have space to store boxes), we operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model.
This means every single t-shirt, mug, and art print is custom-made specifically for you the moment you place an order. Because of this, our return policy is a little different from big-box retailers.
1. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Wrong Sizes
Since your item is custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns or process exchanges if you simply change your mind, order the wrong size, or order the wrong color.Please, we beg you: Check the sizing charts provided on every product page before you hit that checkout button!
2. Damaged or Defective Items (Our Bad!)
If we messed up, or if the mail carrier played football with your package, we’ve got your back! If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please email us at service@artzentstudios.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item We will review the issue and send a free replacement to you ASAP.
3. Order Cancellations
Our production process is automated and lightning-fast. If you need to cancel or change an order, you must email us IMMEDIATELY. Once your order has been routed to our printing facilities and enters production, it is officially yours and cannot be canceled.
Custom portrait commissions are handled differently from our print-on-demand products. Because every portrait is hand-drawn specifically for your pet, we do not offer refunds once artwork has begun.
